Sean McVay will return as Rams’ head coach

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay has informed members of the organization he will remain in his current role, the club announced Friday.

The Rams gave McVay time to contemplate his future after the team finished 5-12 this season.

McVay guided the Rams to the Super Bowl title the previous year.

The 36-year-old McVay has been the Rams’ head coach since 2017, guiding the team to four playoff appearances and two Super Bowl games in six years.

Before this season, McVay signed an extension with the Rams through the 2026 campaign.
