NFL running backs Saquon Barkley, Josh Jacobs and Tony Pollard did not receive long-term deals from their respective teams ahead of Monday’s franchise tag deadline, according to multiple reports.
The deadline was Monday at 4 p.m. ET.
Pollard signed his franchise tag with the Dallas Cowboys back in March and will play the 2023 season on his one-year franchise deal with a fully guaranteed $10.091 million.
The New York Giants’ Barkley and the Las Vegas Raiders’ Jacobs have not yet signed their franchise tag tenders. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Barkley and Jacobs are not expected to report to their respective training camps.
