The Toronto Maple Leafs recalled defenceman Mac Hollowell from the AHL’s Toronto Marlies on an emergency basis Tuesday.
Hollowell made his NHL debut this season and has registered two assists in six games with the Maple Leafs. He also has 10 assists in 14 games with the Marlies during the 2022-23 campaign.
The 24-year-old from Niagara Falls, Ont., was drafted in the fourth round, 118th overall, by Toronto in 2018.
The Maple Leafs (21-7-6) look to extend their two-game winning streak when they visit the St. Louis Blues (16-16-2) on Tuesday night.
